Safe Life AB is seeking a Manager of Mergers & Acquisitions to identify, evaluate, and execute acquisitions of founder-owned businesses in the Company’s priority markets. This role works closely with the Director of North America and the Corporate Development team, guiding founders through the process with transparency.

The role is an individual contributor position, not a team lead, with travel and close collaboration with Sweden-based M&A teams, offering growth toward greater ownership over

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in M&A, corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or similar.
• Solid M&A fundamentals and familiarity with the deal lifecycle from sourcing to close.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with entrepreneurs and business owners.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities within priority markets.
• Lead acquisition discussions from first meeting through closing.
• Coordinate internal and external advisors (legal, financial, due diligence).
• Build long-term, trust-based relationships with founders and business owners.
• Support integration with international M&A team post-close.
