Zusammenfassung

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager of Information Security Risk Management (ISRM) for Acquisitions & Divestitures. You will lead hands-on cybersecurity due diligence across mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic partnerships, delivering clear risk insights and practical mitigation recommendations.

You will collaborate with Corporate Development, Legal, Privacy, Finance and other stakeholders to ensure Day 1 security priorities and TSA considerations are addressed before

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in Information Security, CS, Engineering or related field.
Advanced degree (MBA/MS) preferred.
8+ years in cybersecurity and risk management.
Experience leading due diligence for M&A.
Knowledge of NIST/ISO, GDPR/HIPAA.
Strong written and verbal communication.
