Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, Information Security Risk Management (ISRM) Acquisitions & Divestitures Cybersecurity, Pre-Close. You will lead deal-level assessments, translate findings into risk insights, and coordinate diligence with Legal, Privacy, Finance, and transaction teams.

Strong technical depth across security domains and time-sensitive decision support are essential. You will drive practical mitigations, manage evidence, and ensure Day 1 security priorities are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, information risk management, technology delivery, security architecture, M&A transaction support, due diligence, integration or separation, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead deal-level cybersecurity assessments and translate evidence into risk insights.
• Identify material technical and regulatory concerns for transactions and support risk-informed decisions.
• Partner with Corporate Development, Legal, Privacy, Finance, Technology Services, and deal teams to align expectations and escalate material risk.
• Translate diligence findings into Day 1 objectives, TSA considerations, and post-close handoff materials.
• Contribute to playbooks, risk taxonomies, scoring methods, and evidence standards to improve speed and consistency.
