Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, ISRM Acquisitions & Divestitures Cybersecurity. You will lead hands-on due diligence for transactions, translate evidence into risk insights, and guide senior leaders on mitigations and closing conditions.

You will collaborate with Corporate Development, Legal, Privacy, Finance, and Technology Services to align security requirements with deal objectives. The role requires deep expertise in security architecture, cloud and data protection, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline.
Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

Deal Lead for Pre-Close cybersecurity due diligence and manage assessment timelines.
Evaluate target environments across security architecture, IAM, cloud, network, data protection and incident response.
Lead evidence review, meetings, and documentation to support risk conclusions.
Translate technical findings into business-focused risk recommendations for closing conditions.
Coordinate with Corporate Development, Legal, Privacy, Finance, and other teams.
Handoff Day 1 objectives and TSA considerations for post-close integration or separation.
