• Experience leading due diligence teams and coordinating specialists.

Responsibilities

• Support M&A and general corporate matters.
• Lead due diligence teams and organize diligence findings.
• Coordinate specialist lawyers and transaction workstreams.
• Draft transaction documents and related corporate materials.
• Manage multiple assignments with limited supervision.
• Collaborate with deal teams serving public companies, private businesses, PE funds and financial institutions.
