LHH is seeking an Associate in its Corporate practice group in Chicago to support sophisticated M&A and general corporate matters. The role emphasizes mentorship, teamwork, and long-term growth in a nationally recognized team.

This position offers flexible hybrid work, with two remote days per week, and the chance to work on complex deals with a variety of clients, backed by strong benefits and billable credit for pro bono work.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• 2+ years of M&A/corporate experience (Am Law background preferred).
• Excellent writing skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage due diligence teams
• Draft and negotiate key transaction documents
• Collaborate with specialists and senior attorneys on complex deals
• Support corporate governance, commercial contracts, and related matters
• Manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision
