Qualifications

• 2–6 years of corporate transactional experience.
• Significant experience with mergers and acquisitions.
• Experience representing strategic buyers and sellers, private companies, private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and other corporate clients.
• Experience with stock and asset acquisitions, dispositions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, and strategic investments.
• Experience drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, merger agreements, operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and ancillary transaction documents.
• Experience conducting and managing legal due diligence.
• Ability to coordinate sophisticated transactions from initial diligence through closing.
• Experience advising clients on general corporate and governance matters is a plus.

Compensation

$190,000 – $325,000+

This is an excellent opportunity for a corporate attorney interested in sophisticated mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, strategic investments, and general corporate matters for companies, investors, and business owners across a diverse range of industries.

Ideal Background

• 2–6 years of corporate transactional experience
• Significant experience with mergers and acquisitions
• Experience representing strategic buyers and sellers, private companies, private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and other corporate clients
