Job summary

BKF is seeking a Systems Engineer – M&A Integration to lead technical integration activities for acquired companies, focusing on Microsoft 365, identity, and cloud services. You will migrate tenants, configure security controls, and coordinate with cross-functional teams across BKF’s offices.

The role requires hands-on migration work, documentation, and the ability to work independently while following established plans and runbooks. Travel to BKF locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering and migrating Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience with tenant, email, collaboration-platform, or enterprise IT migrations.
• Working knowledge of Entra ID, Active Directory, MFA, SSO, and conditional access.
• Experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Experience with Intune, Windows Autopilot, Configuration Manager, or similar endpoint-management platforms.
• Experience supporting endpoint readiness, device enrollment, application deployment, and user onboarding.
• Familiarity with Azure administration, access, subscriptions, networking concepts, and cloud services.
• Ability to troubleshoot across identity, email, collaboration, endpoint, and cloud environments.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations and migrations from Google Workspace.
• Experience with MigrationWiz, Quest, AvePoint, ShareGate, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute technical integration activities for acquisitions per architecture and migration plans.
• Perform migrations into BKF’s platforms (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive).
• Support migrations from Google Workspace and other Microsoft 365 tenants.
• Handle identity and access integration (Entra ID, AD, SSO, MFA, CA) and endpoint readiness.
• Document environments, migrations, configurations, risks, and status; follow runbooks and hypercare.
• Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders; escalate risks and decisions as needed.
