Job summary

iQuasar LLC is seeking an experienced Client Accounting Services (CAS) Manager to support post-close engagements for clients, including PPA, NWC true-ups, ERP implementations, and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate brings 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience, strong GAAP knowledge (ASC 606), and a proven ability to lead client engagements with executive-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5 to 8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Post-close accounting and M&A integration experience.
• Hands-on with Purchase Price Accounting (PPA) and NWC true-ups.
• Advanced knowledge of U.S. GAAP, ASC 606.
• Experience with NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks Online, Xero, Ramp, or Bill.com.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-close accounting engagements after mergers and acquisitions.
• Prepare opening balance sheet adjustments and PPA schedules.
• Manage PPA processes and NWC true-ups.
• Support complex accounting transitions and integration activities.
• Provide technical accounting guidance on revenue, leases, inventory, and equity.
• Review financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
• Lead ERP implementations and system data migrations.
• Evaluate workflows and recommend process improvements.
• Design reporting structures, accounting procedures, and internal controls.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned client engagements.
• Mentor junior staff and manage multiple projects with quality delivery.
