The practice works closely with the firm’s corporate, M&A, capital markets, and technology transactions teams, offering attorneys the chance to partner with companies at the forefront of innovation.

The Opportunity

The firm is seeking an attorney to join its Data, Privacy & Cybersecurity practice in either its Austin or Palo Alto office. This role involves advising clients on privacy, data‑use, and cybersecurity considerations in connection with mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, commercial contracts, and strategic technology transactions. Attorneys in this group support clients of all sizes, from emerging startups to public companies, on compliance, risk management, product development, and regulatory engagement. You’ll work directly with management teams, investors, and technical stakeholders while helping guide companies through fast‑moving legal and operational challenges in technology‑driven industries.
