Job summary

Adams & Martin Group seeks a M&A Associate with 4–6 years of corporate transactional experience to join a premier Denver practice. You will handle sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions, advising a diverse client base across multiple industries, with high client interaction and cross-office collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have strong drafting, due diligence, and negotiation skills, along with Colorado law license eligibility or current admission.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of corporate transactional experience in law firm or in-house.
• Experience in drafting and negotiating transaction documents and conducting due diligence.
• Colorado law license or eligibility to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Advise on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic investments.
• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and related contracts.
• Lead and manage legal due diligence processes for transactions.
• Counsel on entity formation, governance, compliance, and other corporate matters.
• Collaborate across practice groups and office locations to deliver client solutions.
• Support client development and relationship management efforts.
