Qualifications

• 1-3 years of investment banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models and valuation analyses.
• Prepare marketing materials, pitch books, CIMs, and management presentations.
• Conduct industry, company, and market research.
• Support execution of sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions.
• Participate in due diligence and transaction coordination processes.
• Assist in client communications and strategic advisory engagements.
• Work closely with senior bankers throughout the transaction lifecycle.
