Job summary

eMed is seeking a Mid-Level M&A Analyst to support corporate development and transaction processes, including valuation modeling, market research, due diligence material review, and post-closing variance analysis. You will also assist FP&A activities such as budgeting and forecasting, collaborating with the Senior M&A Analyst and VP, Finance.

Responsibilities include developing pro-forma statements, presenting analyses to management, and maintaining relationships with targets and internal teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• 1-3 years experience in M&A, corporate development, FP&A, or related analytics.
• Strong financial modeling and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop valuation models, comparable analyses, and pro-forma statements.
• Monitor earnings, KPIs, and market trends of peers and targets.
• Review due diligence materials and support transaction execution.
• Present findings to management and maintain executive reporting.
• Support FP&A activities including budgeting and forecasting.
