Job summary

eMed, LLC in Miami, FL is seeking a mid-level M&A Analyst to collaborate with the Senior M&A Analyst and VP of Finance on corporate development and transaction processes, including valuation modeling and due diligence.

This role also supports FP&A activities such as budgeting and forecasting, with responsibilities spanning market research, diligence review, and board-ready analyses for executive decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• 1–3 years in M&A, corporate development, FP&A or related fields.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation abilities required.
• Experience with AI tools in modeling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop valuation models, comparable company and precedent transaction analyses, and pro-forma financial statements using internal and third-party data.
• Monitor public competitors and earnings, KPIs, and valuation metrics.
• Develop market and competitive research for domestic and international opportunities.
• Collect, review, and organize diligence documentation and present findings.
• Support transaction execution and post-closing variance analysis and benchmarking.
• Present analyses to peers and senior management and prepare investor materials.
