Job summary

eMed, a digital health leader, is seeking a Mid‑Level M&A Analyst in Miami, FL to support corporate development and FP&A initiatives under the Finance team. You will build valuation models, conduct market research, and assist with due diligence and post‑closing analysis.

Primary duties include preparing board materials, KPI reporting, and collaborating with senior management. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in M&A or related fields and strong Excel/AI tool proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics required.
• Graduate degree and/or credentials are a plus.
• 1–3 years of M&A, corporate development, FP&A, or related analytical experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop valuation models, comparable analyses, and pro‑forma statements.
• Monitor competitors’ earnings, KPIs, and private transactions.
• Conduct market and competitive research for opportunities.
• Review diligence materials and summarize findings for leadership.
• Support transaction execution and post‑closing variance analysis.
• Prepare board and investor materials, KPI reporting, and diligence packages.
• Build relationships with acquisition targets and internal stakeholders.
