Job summary

Green Thumb Industries is seeking a Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst to join its M&A team in Chicago. You will evaluate opportunities across acquisitions, investments, partnerships and other strategic opportunities with a focus on analytical rigor and decision-support for senior leadership.

You will work on the full lifecycle of transactions—from opportunity assessment, through valuation, diligence, structuring and execution—collaborating with executives, founders and external advisors to

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in finance, economics, accounting, mathematics or related field.
2–4+ years in analytically rigorous finance role (IB, PE, corporate development).
Strong financial modeling, valuation and accounting skills.
Excellent critical thinking, communication and business judgment.

Responsibilities

Evaluate acquisition, investment and strategic opportunities using financial modeling, valuation and diligence.
Coordinate diligence across internal teams and external advisors to form independent views.
Develop concise recommendations and materials for senior leadership and the Board.
Support transactions through the full deal lifecycle—from evaluation to closing.
