Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development or similar.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation and accounting skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, mathematics or related field.
• Excellent critical thinking and business judgement.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate acquisition, investment and strategic opportunities through financial modeling, valuation, market research and diligence.
• Analyze target-company financials and coordinate diligence across teams and advisors to form an independent view of performance and risks.
• Develop perspectives and concise recommendations for senior leadership and the Board.
• Support transactions throughout the full deal lifecycle from initial evaluation to closing.
• Interact with company management, founders, investors and other transaction counterparties.
• Conduct market, industry and competitive analyses to identify trends and investment opportunities.
• Improve analytical tools, processes and use of technology to accelerate decision-making.
