Green Thumb Industries is seeking a Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst to join its M&A team. The team is responsible for evaluating and executing acquisitions, investments, partnerships and other strategic opportunities across the business.
The role is well suited for someone who genuinely enjoys finance, investing and M&A and wants the analytical rigor of investment banking or principal investing with greater exposure to decision-making, transaction strategy and operating businesses.
The Analyst will be the most junior member of a lean team but will have broad exposure across the full lifecycle of a transaction—from initial opportunity assessment and valuation through diligence, structuring, negotiation and execution.
