Job summary

Total Sanitation Services is seeking an M&A Analyst to translate large volumes of data into clear insights for senior leadership, supporting the end-to-end deal lifecycle from sourcing to closing.

You will build financial models, perform earnings analyses, prepare LOIs, coordinate due diligence, and help integrate acquisitions with minimal disruption to customers and employees. This remote role requires travel in the Eastern/Central time zones.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in financial due diligence or corporate development.
• Deal experience is required.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and Word for executive presentations.

Responsibilities

• Support sourcing initiatives, engage brokers, and manage the M&A pipeline.
• Prepare financial models, valuations, and data presentations.
• Assist with LOIs, document review, and investment committee analyses.
• Coordinate due diligence and virtual data room management.
• Analyze target company information and communicate findings to support decisions.
• Collaborate with internal management, PE owners, and external advisors.
• Maintain relationships with acquisition targets and coordinate visits/calls.
