Job summary

eMed is seeking an experienced M&A Analyst in Miami, FL to join the Finance team. You will support corporate development, build valuation models, and review due diligence materials in collaboration with the Senior M&A Analyst and VP, Finance.

The role also covers FP&A activities, including budgeting and forecasting, to aid executive decision‑making. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in M&A or related fields, strong financial modeling skills, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and AI‑assisted

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
1–3 years of work experience within M&A, corporate development, FP&A, or related analytical fields.
Graduate degree(s) and/or industry credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop valuation models, comparable company and precedent transaction analyses, and pro‑forma financial statements.
Monitor public competitors and market data, including earnings and KPIs.
Collect, review, and organize diligence materials and present findings.
Support transaction execution, including term sheet review and post‑closing analysis.
Summarize and present models to executives and investors; prepare KPI reporting.
