Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Seven years of progressive experience in energy including renewables and investments is preferred.
• Experience supporting transactions from screening through diligence, valuation, negotiation, and closing.
• Ability to develop executive-level investment memoranda and governance materials.

Responsabilités

• Lead the origination, evaluation, negotiation, and execution of acquisitions and joint ventures across ENGIE's renewable portfolio.
• Develop financial models, valuations, and investment scenarios to support pricing and decisions.
• Manage transaction processes from initial assessment to closing with cross-functional teams and external advisors.
• Drive due diligence, draft investment memos, and present to executives for approvals.
• Support development pipeline growth through market expansion and technology investments.
