Qualifications

• Strong patient assessment, treatment planning, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and supervise support staff.

Responsibilities

• Designing, implementing, and modifying treatment plans to meet patient goals and outcomes.
• Educating patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare team members using effective teaching methods.
• Evaluating clinical findings to determine diagnoses and care effectiveness.
• Performing examinations, selecting appropriate assessment methods, and documenting in compliance with organizational policies.
• Screening patients to assess therapy needs and coordinating with support personnel, providing supervision and feedback.
• Collaborating with patients and families, providing education and training, and communicating patient progress to the medical team.
• Utilizing standardized outcome measures and modifying intervention strategies based on patient behavior and performance.
• Completing annual education requirements and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
