Responsibilities

• Evaluates, treats and monitors patients; adjusts therapy plans.
• Documents clinical data and enters charges accurately.
• Educates patients and families; collaborates with care team.
• Supervises ancillary staff, students and volunteers.
• Advances clinical skills through ongoing education and evidence-based practice.
