Job summary

Fairview Health Services is looking for a lymphedema therapist to join our rehab teams at M Health Fairview Southdale Place Clinic in Edina and Eden Prairie Rehab Clinic. This role includes evaluation, diagnosis, and the creation of individualized plans of care for patients.

The ideal candidate will hold an Occupational Therapy license in Minnesota and have training in Complete Decongestive Therapy. Responsibilities include patient assessment, collaboration with families, and effective communication with care teams.

Qualifications

• Occupational Therapy (OT) license required.
• Training and Certification in Complete Decongestive Therapy needed.
• Lymphedema Association of North America Certification (LANA) or in-process.

Responsibilities

• Perform Evaluation/Re-evaluation with patients and families.
• Develop individualized plans of care.
• Implement and modify plans based on reassessment.
• Ensure effective communication with interdisciplinary teams.
