Job summary

Fairview Health Services invites a licensed Occupational Therapist to join the lymphedema therapy team across the Edina and Eden Prairie clinics. The role supports safe, effective patient care with evaluation, planning and intervention within scope of practice.

The position offers 0.8 FTE with three days in Edina and two days in Eden Prairie, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, HSA, dental, vision, 403b, PTO and continuing education support.

Qualifications

• Minnesota Occupational Therapy license required.
• Training and Certification in Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT) required.
• Lymphedema Association of North America (LANA) certification or in-process.
• Basic Life Support (American Heart Association or Red Cross) required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and re-evaluate patients; develop and adjust plans of care.
• Collaborate with patient/family and interdisciplinary team.
• Document and bill for services according to department standards.
• Provide education to patients and families about treatment plans and home programs.
