Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health, Inc. seeks a licensed Physical Therapist with certified lymphedema training to join our Burlington outpatient clinic. You will evaluate and treat patients with lymphedema, guide Complete Decongestive Therapy, and help patients establish maintenance programs.

The role includes coordinating with a multidisciplinary team, measuring for garments, and assisting with specialized equipment. A sign‑on bonus is available for a limited time.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with MA license or eligibility.
• Training in certified lymphedema therapy (Klose, Norton, etc.).
• Experience in evaluating and treating lymphedema and CDT.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat lymphedema in upper/lower extremities, head/neck, breast and genitals.
• Guide patients through Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT).
• Develop home exercise programs and orthotics/equipment needs as appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality care.
• Document evaluations, progress, and discharge plans.
