Job summary

Insight Global, on the Cell Therapy Platform & Discovery team, seeks a Scientist, Cell Therapy Vector Biology to help drive discovery and development of novel Cell and Gene Therapies. The role focuses on engineered viral vectors for ex vivo and in vivo delivery to T cells to treat cancer.

You will design downstream purification processes for LVV, operate chromatography systems, and collaborate across teams to deliver purified vector lots for preclinical studies.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Biological/chemical engineering or related field with 2+ years of experience.
• Experience with viral vector downstream processing and column chromatography (AKTA).
• Familiarity with analytical techniques for lentiviral vectors.
• Strong collaboration and data-record keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize LVV downstream purification to improve yield and purity.
• Operate chromatography and filtration systems for virus purification.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support preclinical studies.
