Job summary
Legend Biotech seeks an Upstream Principal Scientist, Vector Biology to lead early LVV process development in Philadelphia, focusing on establishing a manufacturable LVV platform for in vivo CAR-T programs. Qualifications
- Hands-on viral vector production and upstream process development.
- Experience translating early processes to manufacturable platforms.
- Proficiency with DoE and risk-based development.
Responsibilities
- Lead early LVV process development and seed-train optimization.
- Design and optimize LVV production workflows and CPPs.
- Collaborate with Downstream and Analytical teams for end-to-end process coherence.
- Drive DoE studies and data-driven decisions for scale-up.
- Prepare technical reports and present progress to leadership.
