Job summary

The Crossings is seeking PRN Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide skilled nursing care across our skilled nursing, assisted living and memory care services in Texas. Current Texas LVN license is required.

Experience in geriatric, psychiatric or medical/surgical nursing is preferred, and candidates should demonstrate ICARE values: Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Excellence. This role offers a shift differential for nights and a quarterly bonus program for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited vocational school of nursing is required.
• Current Texas LVN license is required to practice.
• Experience in geriatric, assisted living or memory care settings preferred.
