The Crossings - League City, TX, is seeking a Unit Charge RN for the day shift. Join a faith-based, 5-Star nonprofit retirement community offering independent living, memory care, and skilled nursing to enhance residents' well-being.

As a Unit Charge RN you will supervise aides, perform basic nursing functions, administer medications, and ensure the highest quality care while upholding Methodist Retirement Communities ICARE values in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited vocational school of nursing and current Texas RN license required.
• Training or experience in geriatric, psychiatric or medical/surgical nursing preferred.
• Knowledgeable of human development, including the processes of aging, and of social and health problems confronting older persons.
• Models a service attitude toward others, takes ownership in solving problems and takes the initiative to make things better, is friendly and courteous to residents, families and coworkers.
• Models MRCs ICARE Values of Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Excellence.
• Ability to communicate professionally, respectfully and tactfully in all situations.
