Touchstone Communities is seeking an experienced Workforce/Staffing Manager-LVN to lead scheduling for a skilled nursing team. The role requires an LVN license (Texas or Compact Party State) and on-call availability, with strong coordination of PRN staff and adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of staffing/labor management experience in a skilled nursing community.
• A current and valid Texas LVN nursing license, or a current valid LVN/LPN license from a Compact Party State.
• Must be available for on call rotation, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own the scheduling process for clinical staff, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Revise and review clinical schedules and hiring templates to keep operations running smoothly.
• Fill open shifts quickly by coordinating with PRN team members and managing fluctuations.
• Maintain and post daily/monthly schedules in OnShift (experience preferred).
• Partner with leadership to ensure staffing ratios meet quality care standards.
