Job summary

GlenBrook Health Center is seeking a part-time LVN Wellness Nurse to support Assisted Living residents. You will assist the Director and supervise caregiver-provided care, ensuring residents receive the required care and services and that their environment remains clean and safe.

The ideal candidate holds a California LVN license in good standing, has at least one year of geriatric nursing experience, and understands Title 22 RCFE regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current California Licensed Vocational Nurse License in good standing.
• Experience providing direct nursing care to the elderly preferred in Assisted Living.

Responsibilities

GlenBrook Health Center is seeking a part-time LVN (Licensed Vocational Nurse) Wellness Nurse to provide assistance to our Assisted Living residents! The Wellness Nurse assists the Director and supervises the direct care of the residents being provided by the caregivers, checking that each resident is receiving the care and services to meet their needs and that their environmental cleanliness is maintained.

What you will bring

Our ideal candidate will be reliable and follow safety procedures and duties assigned by a supervisor.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Current California Licensed Vocational Nurse License in good standing with the LVN Board of Nursing.
• At least one year of experience with providing direct nursing care to the elderly and chronically ill patients preferably in an Assisted Living facility.
• Knowledge of Title 22 RCFE Regulations preferred.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Legally Authorized to work in the United States
