Glenview Wellness and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) to join its charge nurse team at the Richland Hills, TX facility. The 7am-3pm shift emphasizes direct patient care and coordination with the interdisciplinary team.

You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, assist with procedures, develop individualized care plans, and support seamless transitions of care under the supervision of a licensed nurse.

Qualifications

• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) licensure required.
• Experience in direct patient care and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
• Ability to administer medications and perform basic procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including vital signs, wound care, and medication administration.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor patient status and report to the charge nurse.
• Perform procedures such as injections and blood draws under supervision.

Job Summary:
