GlenBrook Health Center is seeking a part-time LVN Wellness Nurse to support Assisted Living residents. The Wellness Nurse will assist the Director, supervise caregiver-provided care, and ensure residents consistently receive appropriate services while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with active LVN license in California.
• Experience providing direct nursing care to elderly/chronically ill in assisted living preferred.

GlenBrook Health Center is seeking a part-time LVN (Licensed Vocational Nurse) Wellness Nurse to provide assistance to our Assisted Living residents! The Wellness Nurse assists the Director and supervises the direct care of the residents being provided by the caregivers, checking that each resident is receiving the care and services to meet their needs and that their environmental cleanliness is maintained.

What You Will Bring

Our ideal candidate will be reliable and follow safety procedures and duties assigned by a supervisor.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Current California Licensed Vocational Nurse License in good standing with the LVN Board of Nursing.
• At least one year of experience with providing direct nursing care to the elderly and chronically ill patients preferably in an Assisted Living facility.
• Knowledge of Title 22 RCFE Regulations preferred.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Legally Authorized to work in the United States
