Heritage Plaza Nursing Center in Texarkana, TX is actively seeking Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to join our team across multiple shifts. This facility specializes in long-term and rehabilitative care with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered service.

Qualificações

• Current LVN license in good standing
• Management or supervisory experience is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent written and spoken English

Responsabilidades

• Direct and participate in patient care delivery
• Evaluate staffing needs with the Director of Nursing
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Receive and implement physician orders
• Create and monitor care plans and ensure quality nursing care
• Supervise and coordinate subordinate staff
• Participate in duty assignments and organize tasks
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance
• Document incidents and accidents as required
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
