Responsibilities

• Evaluate staffing needs and assist in scheduling to meet resident needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Transmit physician orders and update care plans accordingly.
• Oversee and train subordinate staff and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support infection control and incident reporting.
