Job summary

White Blossom Care Center in San Jose, CA is seeking an experienced LVN Supervisor to lead nursing operations on assigned shifts and ensure regulatory compliance in a skilled nursing environment.

You will mentor frontline staff, oversee admissions, conduct PCC audits, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to keep care plans up to date while maintaining a safe, compassionate facility.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid California LVN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing operations on assigned shifts and ensure high-quality resident care.
• Supervise LVNs and CNAs; provide guidance and performance feedback.
• Perform PCC audits to ensure clinical accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure shift-wide adherence to state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to update care plans and monitor resident conditions.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and maintaining a safe, compassionate environment.
