Qualifications
- Current and active California LVN license in good standing.
- Direct SNF experience is required.
- Leadership: 1–2 years of supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
- Proficiency with PCC audits and documentation.
- Strong knowledge of Title 22 and long-term care regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise nursing staff (LVNs and CNAs) with guidance and feedback.
- Coordinate resident admissions and complete clinical documentation.
- Conduct PCC audits to ensure clinical integrity and compliance.
- Ensure shift-wide adherence to state, federal, and facility regulations.
- Monitor resident conditions and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
- Assist with staffing, scheduling and maintaining a safe, compassionate environment.
