Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment physical and TB test.
• Fingerprint clearance required by licensure.
• Valid LVN license.
• BLS certification.
• Food Handlers' certificate.
• Oversee resident documentation and ensure accurate records.
• Assist in scheduling, training, and supervising staff.
• Manage medication administration and treatment processes.
• Respond to emergency calls and assess resident conditions.
• Assist with admissions and readmissions, including medical records setup.
• Monitor quality assurance, including incident reporting and infection control.
• Maintain communication with families, physicians, and staff.
