Job summary

Seacrest Village Retirement Communities in Encinitas, CA is seeking an LVN to join our compassionate care team. You will oversee resident documentation, medication administration, and staff supervision, while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance in a warm, respectful environment.

The role requires an LVN license, BLS, and fingerprint clearance, with an hourly pay range of $37.00–$41.00. You’ll participate in admissions, infection control, and ongoing staff development, serving residents

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment physical and TB test.
• Fingerprint clearance required by licensure.
• Valid LVN license.
• BLS certification.
• Food Handlers' certificate.
• Oversee resident documentation and ensure accurate records.
• Assist in scheduling, training, and supervising staff.
• Manage medication administration and treatment processes.
• Respond to emergency calls and assess resident conditions.

• Respond to emergency calls and assess resident conditions, notifying the appropriate parties of any changes in care needs.
• Assist with the admission and re-admission processes for residents, including setting up medical records and coordinating necessary services.
• Monitor and support quality assurance efforts, including incident reporting, wound care, and the implementation of infection control procedures.
• Maintain communication with families, physicians, and staff regarding resident care, ensuring updates are provided as needed.
