Job summary

Telecare Corporation in San Leandro, CA, seeks a supervisory LVN/LPT to lead recovery-focused medical treatment administration at Villa Fairmont MHRC. The role requires licensure and supervisory experience, with AM hours 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and every-other weekend presence.

Starting pay ranges from $34.43 to $42.52 per hour, with geographic differentials applied. Relevant certifications (CPR, CPI, First Aid) are required or obtained within 60 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited LVN or LPT program and current licensure.
• Two (2) years of LVN/LPT experience in health care environment.
• One (1) year of supervisory experience.
• Must be CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days of employment and maintain current certification throughout employment.
• All post-offer conditions: physical exam, 2-step PPD, background checks, sanctions and license verification; driving clearance if required.
