Qualifications

• Graduation from LVN/LPT program and current licensure.
• Current CPR/BLS certificate.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• CPR, First Aid, and CPI certification on date of employment or prior to direct client care.
• Post-offer physical, background checks, and regulatory verifications may apply.
