Job summary

Telecare Corporation in California is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide recovery-focused care including medication administration under physician orders, delivering safe, effective direct care in line with policies.

Shifts Sunday and Monday 7:00am–3:30pm; starting wage range $28.43–$35.13 per hour; benefits include PTO, holidays, shift differentials, CEUs, tuition discounts, and comprehensive health coverage.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited LVN/LPT program and current licensure.
• Current CPR/BLS certificate.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be CPR, First Aid, and CPI certified (hands-on course) on date of employment or prior to providing direct client care and maintain current certification throughout employment.
• All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification.
• If the position requires driving, valid driver license, a motor vehicle clearance, and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment.
• Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.(weekly mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate)

Responsibilities

• Provide recovery-focused services related to safe administration of medications as prescribed by the physician.
• Implement direct care safely and efficiently per established policies and standards of care.
• Support crisis residential program operations and collaboration with local health authorities.
• Maintain accurate patient records and comply with regulatory requirements.
