Located in Hillcrest, the McGrath Outpatient Pavilion is a state-of-the-art, 250,000-square-foot medical facility designed to meet the growing healthcare needs of our region. Spanning six floors, this advanced facility is home to key clinical programs and offers specialized diagnostic, treatment, and surgical services. Under the supervision of a registered nurse in the assigned clinic, the Senior Vocational Nurse performs various patient care activities supporting clinic operations. Responsibilities include triage, assisting with patient examinations, administering medications, drawing blood, preparing laboratory tests, and patient education. The role requires initiative, prioritization skills, teamwork, and independent judgment. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Annual Full Pay Range: $71,410 - $88,782 (pro-rated if less than full-time)
Hourly Range: $34.20 - $42.52
Compensation factors include experience, skills, education, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. The listed pay scale is the expected budgeted salary or hourly rate, which may vary based on internal equity and bargaining agreements.
