Scheduled to open July 2025, the McGrath Outpatient Pavilion in Hillcrest is a state-of-the-art, 250,000-square-foot medical facility dedicated to outpatient care, including cancer treatment and surgical services.
UC San Diego Health is a Magnet designated organization, recognized for nursing excellence since 2011. Under the supervision of a registered nurse in the Neurosurgery clinic, the LVN performs various patient care activities, including triage, assisting with examinations, administering medications, collecting laboratory tests, patient education, and supporting clinical procedures.
The LVN will also assist with room turnover, pre/post-procedure data collection, and support physicians and team members during procedures, all within California and UCSD scope of practice.
Annual Full Pay Range: $71,410 - $88,782 (prorated if less than full-time)
Hourly Range: $34.20 - $42.52
Factors influencing salary include experience, skills, education, licensure, and organizational needs.
