As an LVN/RN, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our patients and spa clients receive top-notch care and support throughout their visit.

Summary

We're currently seeking motivated and service-oriented LVN/RN professionals to join our team in Plano. Full-time and part-time positions are available. Ideal candidates will be proficient in various tasks including patient preparation, scheduling, and assisting providers during procedures. If you have a strong background in Electronic Medical Records, phlebotomy (IV experience preferred), and exceptional communication skills, we want to hear from you!

• Expert proficiency in Electronic Medical Records.
• Phlebotomy experience (IV experience preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• LVN/RN with an esthetics background preferred.
• Ability to multitask and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.

• Detail-oriented problem solver with exceptional customer service skills.
• Med Spa/Dermatology experience is preferred.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

General Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist physicians/NPs in various tasks.
• Patient scheduling and phone call management.
• Room patients and prepare for exams and esthetic services.
• Use EMR to input medical histories and prescriptions.
• Perform patient treatments within the scope of Pediatrics and Wellness Spa.
• Collect lab specimens and notify patients of results.
• Assist with new patient scheduling and follow-up appointments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms.
• Participate in training and adhere to policies and procedures.
• Weekend hours are mandatory but variable and prescheduled.
