Job summary

Redlands Healthcare Center in Redlands, CA is seeking a licensed vocational nurse (LVN) to provide compassionate care to our residents. You will administer medications, document care, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support acute and chronic needs.

This full-time role offers flexible scheduling, competitive hourly pay, and growth opportunities including CNA to LVN and LVN to RN advancement, with benefits including healthcare and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed LVN with current license
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to follow instructions and apply critical thinking

is a 78-bed skilled nursing facility located in Redlands, near Redlands Community Hospital. 'Serve more people, touch more lives' is our pledge and promise. At Redlands Healthcare we create a home-like atmosphere for our residents by providing recently renovated accommodations along with team members that feel like family. We offer flexible scheduling and awesome nursing advancement opportunities such as CNA to LVN and LVN to RN.

Pay: From $29 - 33 per hour + / DOE

• NEW GRADUATES are welcome, with a passion for working with seniors.
• Must have an ability to communicate well, writing and verbally
• Trainable and able to follow instructions and implement them.
• Able to make independent decisions and apply critical thinking.
• Administer medications
• Patient documentation utilizing electronic based system
• Manage care of clients acute and chronic needs
• Supervise CNAs
