Job summary

Redlands Healthcare Center in Redlands, CA seeks a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide skilled nursing care to residents. The role includes administering medications, documenting care in an electronic system, and supervising CNAs in a home-like setting with flexible scheduling.

NEW grads are welcomed; pay ranges from $29 to $33 per hour depending on experience. Benefits include health, dental, 401k, PTO, bonuses, and ongoing training in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• LVN license required for employment.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to follow instructions and apply them.
• Trainable with good critical thinking and decision making.
• Ability to administer medications and document care.
• Experience with electronic documentation systems.
• Manage care for acute and chronic conditions.
• Capable of supervising CNAs.

Redlands Healthcare Center is a 78-bed skilled nursing facility located in Redlands, near Redlands Community Hospital. “Serve more people, touch more lives” is our pledge and promise. We offer flexible scheduling and awesome nursing advancement opportunities such as CNA to LVN and LVN to RN.

Pay: From $29 - 33 per hour + / DOE

• NEW GRADUATES are welcome, with a passion for working with seniors.
• Must have an ability to communicate well, writing and verbally
• Trainable and able to follow instructions and implement them.
• Able to make independent decisions and apply critical thinking.
