Qualifications

• Three+ years of quality improvement or healthcare-related experience preferred.
• Experience with HEDIS/UDS measures and Partnership QIP requirements.
• Experience using an electronic health record or similar clinical information system.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quality improvement initiatives aligned with the Quality Improvement Plan and grant requirements.
• Develop workplans, track milestones, keep project records, and escalate risks.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and administrative teams to define problems and test solutions.
• Prepare procedures, workflows, training materials, and staff communications for sustained improvement.
• Prepare accurate reports, dashboards, and summaries for stakeholders.
• Monitor performance against targets and manage data validation and reporting deadlines.
