Job summary

Qualifications

• Three or more years of quality improvement or healthcare-related experience preferred.
• An Associate or Bachelor's degree in healthcare, public health, health administration, or a related field preferred.
• Familiarity with HEDIS/UDS measures, Partnership QIP requirements, and Medi-Cal.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quality improvement initiatives and projects.
• Collect, validate, and analyze data to identify care gaps.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and summaries for stakeholders.
• Support Partnership Medi-Cal and value-based care activities.
